So upon creation of my necro, I set it to Torment 1 & just ran the storyline. I hit 70 before fighting Zoltun Kulle after cranking it to Torment 3 somewhere before Maghda.
I know it's tedious & we've done it a hundred times, but this is the best leveling strategy I've found so far, lol.
