WoW Mount List

List of the mounts I am currently farming. I'm trying to keep it to 5 at a time, so that when I get one of these (eventually) I can replace it with a new one.

Mount	Instance	Dropped By	%
Deathcharger	Stratholme	Lord Aurius Rivendare	0.8
Fiery Warhorse	Karazhan	Attumen the Huntsman	??
Raven Lord	Sethekk Halls	Anzu	1.6
Swift White Hawkstrider	Magister’s Terrace	Kael’thas Sunstrider	4
Vitreous Stone Drake	Stonecore	Slabhide	0.7

I am also farming Glory of the Cataclysm Raider, so I only have 6 achievements left for that, 4 of which I can complete Tuesday.

Parasite Evening - Defeat Magmaw in Blackwing Descent without anyone in the raid becoming infected with a parasite.

Aberrant Behavior - Kill 12 Aberrations within 10 seconds on the Maloriak encounter in Blackwing Descent and then defeat Maloriak.

Keeping it in the Family - Damage Nefarian below 50% health before he lands for the final confrontation and then defeat Nefarian in Blackwing Descent.

The Only Escape - Defeat Halfus Wyrmbreaker after defeating two drakes within 10 seconds of each other. The Emerald Whelp pack counts as one drake for this purpose.

Double Dragon - Kill 6 Twilight Fiends in the Twilight Realm and then defeat Valiona and Theralion in the Bastion of Twilight.

Stay Chill - Defeat the Conclave of Wind in teh Throne of the Four Winds while everyone in the raid has at least 7 stacks of Wind Chill.

Four Play - Defeat Al'Akir in the Throne of Four Winds while he is affected by Feedback.

Oh my god. After 12 years, I finally get to click on these. My first time ever seeing them in the on-and-off again relationship I have with WoW. Today was finally my lucky day.

First Legendary!

Gobo Pack!

Just got a goblin pack in a Nephalem Rift! Haven't seen one in some time.

TT.TT

Oh my goodness....

So I was doing my goblin runs (what else is new?) & I found a Rainbow Goblin in Royal Crypts, so of course I'm super excited, go in the portal, don't find Princess Lillian but eh, such is life.

Then I go to Cave of the Moon Clan, clear level 1 jump down to level 2 &... there's a Rainbow Goblin just sitting by the entrance.

So +Blizzard Entertainment you already put a timer for when portals to The Vault close, why can't you do the same for Whimsydale portals? Just on the odd chance that someone gets two frickin' goblins in a single game? Please?

MACE OF CROWS

OMG WE FOUND IT!

My husband was just walking around the Barracks level 2, breaks a barrel, sees a white name item & almost ignores it. He saw the weird name, though, & asked me what the name was of the thing I was farming, so I told him.

After 80+ runs, we finally have it!

Farming List:

Cosmic Wings

Rainbow Portrait

re: Mysterious Barrel

Oh my goodness, so... this. This thing.

I hate it.

I started farming it on October 24, 2016 & still haven't found the @&#*@!*! thing.

I know these things take time, (like the Liv Moore pet). I know there are people who have done over 200 runs just looking for that 1 special thing that they need, but this is the longest I've ever farmed something. Heck, even the Falcon Wings only took 47 runs for me to find.

If you ask my husband, he'll say I have insane luck. The evidence he provides is: Liv Moore pet, the Spectrum sword, Horadric Hamburger, Falcon Wings, my legendary drops whenever he & I play together, etc.

I'm not trying to sound snooty or any of that, all I'm trying to explain is that I'm not used to 100+ runs to get something. I don't mind it, I'm not angry, I'm just finally experiencing a 'proper' grind, I guess. :-)

As it stands, I had 20+ runs from before I started my recount. Right now I'm up to 60 runs, bringing my total runs to about 80-85.

I'm thankful for the search, though, because I'm getting some pretty nice experience & other items while I do it; I just wish I could find it.

Sorry! I'm really sorry! I'm really not trying to sound holier-than-thou or anything.

What's your longest farm? How many runs, how many months - all of it. Comments appreciated!

*~*~*~*

I am restarting my count for Mysterious Barrel runs because I'd like to keep an accurate count & the fact that I lost track is bugging me.

I know I did 20+ runs, but if I don't have an exact number, I get antsy. :S

So! The new count is 2 runs in the Act III Barracks Level 2 & already I got a portal to Whimsydale! (no wings, though ><)

Here we go!

Lord of Bells!

Finished a Nephalem Rift in the Enchanted Prison with Infernal Bovines as our enemies & the Lord of Bells as our Rift Guardian, who drops the white-name Man Prodder transmog item. ^^

Happy hunting!

(also, we have a level 67 Skag!)

Harvest Pennant!

After 9-12 runs (my tallying skills are shoddy) we finally got the thing!

10 Runs

Grabbed some soup, waiting for it to cool a little, jumped into Weeping Hollow, started the run, & I see this in the chatbox:

I start spirit walking all over the place trying to find it, & then poof! There it is. Killed it, & am the proud owner of Liv Moore, & I made sure my husband was in game with me, so he has it, too.

That's what this blog is about, after all! Helping him out.

(I stay home for work & he doesn't, so I play a little Dia on my off time).

10 runs was all it took. Phew! Now, to get that Rainbow Portrait & those beautiful Cosmic Wings.

6 Runs

Well, I've done 6 runs today (Weeping Hollow, Southern Highlands, Cave of the Moon Clan 1 & 2, Northern Highlands, Royal Crypts, & Whimsyshire) & so far all I've gotten is the level 70 Spectrum sword, which is still pretty awesome, so I'm going to call this a great day. :)

Have a great night everyone!

Farming Update!

All right, rather than farm for just one thing, I'm farming for a few things simultaneously, using a well-known farming run:

1. Weeping Hollow - Liv Moore
2. Southern Highlands - Menagerist Goblin
3. Cave of the Moon Clan, levels 1 & 2 - Menagerist Goblin
4. Northern Highlands - Menagerist Goblin
5. Royal Crypts - any goblin
6. Whimsyshire - Rainbow Portrait

I'm also using this run to look for any Rainbow Goblins for a portal to Whimsydale to get the Cosmic Wings.

GOT IT

FINALLY! Oh my goodness!

Started at about 10pm & finally got the chest at around 4:30am. After 47 attempts, my husband & I finally have the Falcon Wings.

Falcon Wings

So I'm hunting these stupid (pretty!) things for my husband & I. Hopefully I'll remember to log him in when I find that darn chest.

For those who don't know, Diablo 3 has falcon's wings that your character can wear. They're found in Gardens of Hope Tier 1 in a chest labeled Mysterious Chest. It looks like ANY OTHER chest, so please make sure you don't skim over it!

The current tally is as follows:

Time	Chest Runs	Legendaries
12:05AM	18	13

what they look like
