A little while ago I saw a post for artists that said something to the effect of getting a sketchbook & making it specifically for “ugly” sketches. That way you wouldn’t care what it looked like because it’s in the ugly book, so I decided to make an ugly notebook for my written works: a binder with loose leaf paper (the kind I don’t like!) to just write crap in.
Then, if I like any of it, it gets moved to a word document or the “good notebook,” where it can be tweaked or updated.
Side note: if I do get back to writing, would you guys like to see any of it? I haven’t done fan fiction in years but I could try my hand at it again? Maybe?
